If you would like to request for a refill on your prescription simply place a refill order with a customer service specialist or chat agent.
A member of our team must first speak with you to obtain your authorization to contact your doctor for a prescription refill. When requesting for a prescription refill you must:
- Identify the first and last name of your doctor
- Doctor’s Phone Number
- Doctor’s Fax Number
- Name Of Medication
- Brand Name or Generic Equivalent
- Quantity
- With additional refills if available? Yes Or No?
