- Should you receive your medication defective, do not throw away the product. When sending the photos to us please be sure to include the following information:
- Your first and last name
- Your order #
- Your phone number along with a preferred time to contact you
- Your email address
- Issue with your medication
For all defective medication we require that the medication be sent back to us prior to proceeding with a reship. A member of our loyalty team will be in contact with you within the next 24 business hours.
