Please call USPS at their toll free 1800# to request to get this in writing. Once you have received this in a letter please be sure to send us an email. Please be sure to include the following:
- Your first and last name
- Your order #
- Your phone number along with a preferred time to contact you
- Your email address
- Issue with your medication
- A copy of the letter form USPS that states the product is on the way back to the sender.
