Yes. Should you like to place a new order or refill order for your medication you may request for us to contact your local pharmacy or doctor’s office for your script. You will need to provide the following information:
- First and Last name of doctor
- Doctor’s phone number
- Doctor’s fax number
- Name of Medication
- Brand Name or Generic Equivalent
- Qty
- Refills if available
