Should your primary care physician switch you from Ozempic to Wegovy a new prescription is required to be submitted for the alternate medication. Prior to any order being dispensed the prescription must match the order placed. Should there be a discrepancy with your prescription on file and order placed a member of our customer service team will contact you.
